Introduction:

Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc.) So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Role Description:
The candidate will be a member of the SAP Basis team within ERP - Architecture and Infrastructure Services. He/She will support the ERP application team with the IT Unbundling Project. This means that the person will do the installation and support of SAP Basis for the companies that shall become independent. The last company (out of four) is planned to be sold by the end of the year. Afterward the support will be done internally, this is why there will probably not be an extension.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
As part of the ERP Basis team, the candidate will:
- Provide technical support and maintain consistent configuration, implementation, operation support of the SAP Basis. - Implement new SAP /Business Object release and set up standards for operational management.
- Resolve complex problems.
- Manage and maintain SAP Basis support services.
- Configure, implement and optimize SAP systems.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases.
- Tune capacity and performance.
- Comply with OLAs and QA requirements.
- The Senior SAP Administrator will be accountable to work in SAP Projects.
Requirements:
- 5 to 9 years' experience working in SAP Basis.
- SAP Basis experience - hands on installation and maintenance.
- Technically fluent in Linux and Oracle database administration.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level applications.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- The project language is English, so fluent spoken and written English language skills are required.
Nice to Have:
- Fluent Spanish language skills (spoken and written)
- Previous experience of working in the Pharmaceutical industry.
