SAP PM SME- 6 month contract (Angola)

The role of the SME is to have in-depth knowledge of the PM process to be able to support the business and answer questions as a specialist.

The SME should be able to provide current information and provide proficient input for requirements and impact assessments
-
The SME will support Regional Trainers in their up-skilling, localization of materials and delivery of training
-
Post go-live act as support to the business and act as first line of support in terms of resolving issues/exceptions
-
Lead/support local continuous improvement efforts
Core activities:
-
Key area of work is providing all required support to the regional Process deployment team. This activity includes, but is not limited to:
-
Work on key areas of system configuration that need to be set up properly to ensure processes run efficiently and smoothly at GoLive
-
Lead system and process demo sessions for regional business stakeholders within the region (as required)
-
Help in up-skilling of business users in process and system knowledge via ad-hoc sessions
-
Assist in user testing readiness and execution
-
Assist in review of available metrics in the system
-
Provide additional help and support to the Process deployment team in all workload
-

Work with the regional Data deployment team, this includes:

Provide technical guidance before and during DC conversion cycles
-
Support Business Cutover Activities

Work with the C&T deployment team, this includes:
-
Provide input into training material
-
Provide into role mapping of users to validate user access
-
Support training activities of business users and Backbone Business Training team's activities pre and post GoLive
-
Provide Early Live Support in pre-GoLive readiness and post-GoLive activities such as floor-walking, issue resolution, providing process and system expertise

Minimum Capabilities:
-
Previous experience of global SAP deployments projects
-
Dedicated individual history of doing whatever it takes to create a successful project outcome; comfortable with pressure and uncertainty

Excellent interpersonal skills including communication & facilitation and is comfortable coaching people at all levels of the organisation
-
Luanda based resources will need to be fluent in both English and Portuguese language.
