Service Manager, ITIL, Contract, Prague
Top client requires a Service Manager who can lead the delivery of IT Services from service providers to the end customer.
You will drive continual improvements, and effectively manage change relating to IT services and systems.
You will own the creation and negotiation of SLA's and organize regular service reviews to ensure service levels are maintained.
You will drive service improvements including incident management processes.
Ideal candidates will have:
*Service Management experience with a good understanding of ITIL principles.
*SAP knowledge desirable
*Good communication skills in building relationships with various stakeholders
*Service Management orientated with strong appreciation for customer service
*IT infrastructure experience
*Knowledge of IBM environments, Oracle
*ITIL Certified
