The work will involve:
- Communications: monthly newsletter, town hall, leadership briefing and SharePoint site. Additionally developing end user communications as needed for our client's Infrastructure services team
- Change Management:
- change magnitude assessment for the business applications team on application rationalization activity
- Helping to deploy in the region activity sessions on understanding my client's Global IT operating model. It is a relative complex organizational alignment session that takes about 3hrs to deliver
- Helping the SAP team with the deployment of SAP health metrics to an installed BU using a behavioral change approach
- Other: (supporting global activities, cultivating the change management program to engage people in bringing the organization Global IT strategy to life)
