SQL Server DBA / Developer - 6 Month Contract - NottinghamI am currently searching for a SQL Server DBA / Developer for a 6 Month contract based in Nottingham. My client is a Software house that creates innovative software used for property management.
I am currently looking for a talented DBA / Developer to join the existing team, working with one of their key clients.
You will be expected to be able to deliver the following deliverables:
* Design of an optimised SQL server solution
* Review current bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve performance
* Liaise effectively with internal development team and external customer contacts
You will need to have exposure to:
* Analysing database performance and tuning
* Architecting solutions for optimised reporting
* Writing stored procedures
* Experience of SSRS, SSIS
You will be expected to have great communication skills and not only carry out the tasks given to you, but also consult them on the best way to move forward. You will be expected to work both as part of a team and individually.
