Financial Accountant - Management Information - Excel - Reports
Bristol, £200p/d - £250p/d, 6 months
Key Accountabilities
- Production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial MI, for internal management and corporate finance function
- Preparation of financial accounting statements to include
- Assist in the Finance Transformation strategic programme with regard to regionalisation and globalisation of the finance function
- Development of improvements in processes, support change related to the development of new processes
- Support for Transformation/Productivity as required.
Dimensions Impacted By Job
- No line Management Responsibility but could act as mentor to project analyst
- Turnover of company approx. £80M per annum
- Liaise with finance colleagues in UK and abroad
Skills and Experience
- Part qualified accountant/qualified by experience
- Working knowledge of accounting practice and experience of working within a finance function
- Excellent MS Excel skills are essential
- Ability to meet deadlines and organise and prioritise work independently
- Professional communication skills across all media (F2F, email, telephone)
- Ability to rapidly changing customer requirements
- Work independently to provide solutions to challenges
