Description
- You carry out technical analyzes based on functional requirements;
- You estimate the workload of the development and its associated budget;
- You are responsible for the planning and development of SAP applications in the HR domain
- You implement the requested change requests and corrections within the anticipated schedule;
- You enter the unit, functional and performance testing;
- You set the technical documentation.
Technical skills
- You have an excellent knowledge of best practices in terms of trends and performance in SAP HR
- You have a good knowledge of:
- ABAP HR - ALE (IDOCS)
- Dialog Programming (LUW, screens, interactive ALV grids)
- OO programming (classes, methods, inheritence)
- Workflow tasks
- SAP HR domain
- Debugging techniques
- You can express in the second national language (French/Dutch) and also has a good knowledge of English.
- At least 8 years experience in SAP development
- At least 5 years experience in SAP HR
