About Us:
In 2015 Lane4 implemented Oracle CRM. We currently have c40 users and a wider systems stakeholder group of a further ~30 people.
This is our first CRM implementation and as such the organisation is learning how we should incorporate the functionality and reporting that the system offers into our processes. Whilst our users now have basic knowledge of the system during 2016 we need to increase this and drive usage, data accuracy and build on the functionality to support our 2020 strategy.
Purpose:
Project Management and delivery of a variety of technical and non-technical workstreams as part of the Lane4's 2020 strategy plans, including delivery of the Oracle CRM Roadmap for 2016 as well as overseeing ongoing day to day maintenance of the system.
Responsibilities Include...
Maintain and track progress against the CRM Project Plan / Roadmap ensuring on time, on budget delivery of all elements
Work with teams across the business to capture requirements for all the elements of the CRM Roadmap and interpret them as required to be communicated to our 3rd party supplier e.g. new reporting requirements, implementation of automated tasks, piloting the Oracle App
Liaise with the 3rd party supplier to configure and implement requirements to plan
Design and deliver engagement, communication and training to all stakeholders to ensure that they understand their role and can use the system appropriately
Provide input so that we can report progress regularly to the board or other forums
Ensure data integrity and best practice through appropriate tracking, training, engagement and escalation as required
Carry out maintenance tasks on the system to ensure that all data is current and meets business requirements
Provide ad hoc support to all users, where necessary raising tickets with 3rd party supplier and ensuring satisfactory resolution for the end users Skills and Experience:
An in depth understanding of CRM and have implemented and supported the system in multiple organisations (Oracle experience preferred)
An excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to sales and marketing functions.
An ability to capture and articulate business requirements and translate these to technical requirements
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to provide alternative options to solve business problems with the system or process.
Understanding and ability to configure application functionality such as user roles and security, custom forms and fields, dashboards, reports, and saved searches in alignment with solution requirements
Be able to demonstrate effective management of 3rd party CRM suppliers to get requirements configured and implemented
A track record of successful project management and delivery of new requirements
An ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
An ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions
Excellent Powerpoint, Excel & Word skills This role is initially a 6-12 month FTC.
