My client a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a support specialist to join their team over in Dublin.The client is ideally looking for someone who is an experienced 2nd/3rd line Support Engineer, someone who is able to support bespoke systems and has experience with SDK implementation. You will be working closely with resources from different support areas to quickly resolve issues providing instruction, guidance and troubleshooting assistance during the company's current integration and on boarding process.
The ideal person will also have some background knowledge and exposure of Java and SQL Skill set, as although the role will predominantly be 2nd/3rd line support there may be some code reading involved as well as dealing with basic queries.
