Description
Summary- Seeking a Procurement professional with at least 5 years of experience with bidding and contracting for a wide range of services including Professional Services (Consulting, Finance, HR Telecommunications and IT) and/or materials to meet internal customer requirements.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Negotiating and writing complex contracts
- Requesting competitive bids and proposals using an electronic sourcing tool
- Bid evaluation
- Re-negotiation of existing labor and service agreements
- Experience with SAP
- Experience within Corporate Services contracts is a plus
- Candidates must have strong negotiation skills, understand contract terms and risk mitigation, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to communicate and be responsive to internal customer requirements.
- Candidates must be decisive, driven by deadlines, and be willing to challenge ideas and provide suggestions which are in the best interests of the company.
- Candidates will work collaboratively with internal customers and other procurement professionals. Position may require some purchasing of materials.
