Description

Summary:
  • Support MDM applications for external and native applications.
  • In addition to troubleshooting the MDM application, candidate will also be responsible for administering the MDM application on behalf of the customer.
SKILLS:

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience with Support Business Clients.
  • Experience supporting 24x7 either on-call or shift work.
  • Previous Ticket Management (Open, Update, Track, Route, Close)
  • Experience Troubleshoot Application Download Issues
  • Application Configuration issues
  • Experience Troubleshoot Device Enrollment Issues
  • Server Internetworking
  • Troubleshoot MDM Platform Availability Issues
  • Strong communication skills
