Description

We are currently searching for an ETL (powercenter) developer who wants to work in Utrecht for our international end client. This is a contract position for about 6 months with the possibility to extend. The start date is negotiable. Please be aware of the deadline!

Project description

You will be part of the Business integration and intelligence team and is operating within the bigger IT development department. This consists of date transformation and creating internal and external (managed) reports.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyse, review business and user requirements
  • Data analyses/profiling on source systems
  • Perform software impact analysis
  • Design of logical and technical data model
  • Technical design
  • Development of software
  • Quality Assurance
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • 3th line support for operations
  • Pro-actively contributes to the team strategy

Your profile

  • Experience within development
  • Experience with ETL tooling
  • Experience with powercenter from version 9
  • Work experience with information analysis, design and Datamodelling
  • Work experience with dimensional Modelling (Kimball) and Star Scheme database design
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (preferably Business Information Management)
  • Experience in Business Intelligence
  • Experience with Oracle RDBMS
  • Experience in complex high volume environments is a pre
