Role
File review on data store, interpret questions on application forms and updat tracker spreadsheet; record customer responses on tracker spreadsheet; and general admin duties (filling/scanning).
- 8-10 week initial duration (possible extenstion) end of May
- essential skills
- excel user
- able to work with minimal supervision
- able to report on progress against assigned tasks
- FACTA knowledge
- must have retail banking experience
- customer service experience
