Description
MS Exchange 2010 Consultant - Belgium or Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH
Skills and experience:
- Having a certification with MS Exchange 2010
- Having at least 5 years of experience working in an MS Exchange environment
- Experience with PowerShell
- Advanced Knowledge of SQL Server
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
- Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
- ITIL V3 foundation certification
- Experience with Prince2/PM² methodologies is an asset
- Experience with ticketing system
- Experience with MS Sharepoint as user is an asset
- Knowledge of XPR (Fax solution)
- Knowledge of Vamsoft, McAfee MSME
- Knowledge of SCOM (PM Exchange)
- Experience with CHANGE and PROBLEM management
Description of work:
- Responsibility for the maintaining of the MS Exchange 2010 Environment
- Working on innovative projects but can, from times to times; assist operational colleagues to help troubleshooting P1 or P2 incidents
- Being invited to participate in technical meetings in order to review the status of project management, problem management or change management related matters
