The global sales engine representative will support the needs of PBS sales team and publishers around the world through our email systems and by interacting on a cross-functional work environment.
The core responsibilities for the position will be as follows:
- Supporting PBS sales users through the company's email customer service tools.
- Troubleshoot account issues where required and provide account administration support.
- Supporting the optimisation of the company's online solutions.
- Contribute to automation efforts and offer possible solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
- Perform other operational role-related tasks.
Requirements/Skills:
- The proven ability to work through large volumes of support requests from our internal Sales customers within specified time frames.
- 3+ years of work experience with Account Management, Ad Operations or Technical Support (Experience with AdX, AdSense, AdMob, and DFP a plus)
- Understanding of Internet technologies - eg HTTP, JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, Flash or XML
- Creative problem-solving, analytical skills, comfortable handling and interpreting data
- Broad understanding of online advertising solutions and of key platforms and trends (ie desktop, mobile, video)
- Passionate about the digital advertising industry
- Self-motivated and is comfortable operating in a rapidly changing and largely undefined industry
- BA/BSc Degree or equivalent experience
