Description

We are seeking for an experienced project manager to lead an Oracle rollout project in Latin America, reporting to the applications manager. The project manager will be responsible for the end to end activities of Oracle EBS ver. 12.1.3 implementation in 6 countries in Latin America. The project timeline estimation is 9 months, the PM role requires frequent travels across Latin America (Argentina and Mexico) and frequent travel to Israel.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to run the project and track progress
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of the projects, ensure resources availability and allocation
Matrix management of various parties to lead and accomplish cross-company extensive project
Ensure that all the project deliverables are on-time, within scope, within budget and at the required level of quality
Manage change requests to the project scope, timeline adjustments, and cost implications
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish a communication plan to update stakeholders and relevant parties on the progress of the project
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Prepare and implement a training plan
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Masters of computer science, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Equivalent Education and Experience
3+ years of experience in project management
Experience in Oracle EBS rollout projects preferably R12
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Excellent communication skills in English, customer-service orientation and agility
Strong presentation skills
A team player, ability to foster Teamwork - work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions
Strong ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track details, data, information and activities

Additional Requirements:
The role requires extensive travels scross Latin America (Argentina and Mexico) and Israel
Communication skills in Spanish - an advantage
