Description
Roc Search's Client based in Bristol are currently recruiting for a Principal Engineer to join the team on an initial 6 month contract. This is an ongoing requirement therefore the contract is likely to exceed 12 months in duration.
The Principal Engineer will work within a team responsible for all aspects of aircraft loads analysis, including ground, flight and manoeuvre for whole aircraft and component levels. You will be expected to lead technical packages of work and also provide input into the generation of technical proposal documents.
The successful Candidate will have the following skill set:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Working knowledge of programming languages and tools such as Matlab or Fortran
- Must be able to undertake technical work independently
- Familiarity of landing gear systems would be advantageous
