Description
For one of our clients in Arabian country we are looking for Food Supply Chain Experts with expertise in one of the following areas:
- Food Trade and Import Policies
- Food Supply Chain - Food Loss (before consumption)
- Food Supply Chain - Food Waste (post-consumption)
- Food Strategic Reserves
Responsibilities:
- Food Trade and Import Policies analyses
- Identifying and addressing major market and government failures in food trade processes and suggesting interventions that achieve positive Food Trade and Import outcomes
- Assessing the Food Supply Chain functionality and its Infrastructure and operating costs
- Assessing and confirming market and supply chain capacity and Food Supply Chain inputs and outputs
- Reviewing the economic and financial viability of the Food Strategic Reserves project including the proposed government funding model
Requirements:
- University degree in relevant fields such as Agriculture, Entrepreneurship, International Development, Strategic Management or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years' experience within Food Trade and Import and Food Supply Chain areas
- Fluency in English
