Description
Our client, an international company located in Switzerland, is in the need of an Office & Manual Installed App Manager. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.Tasks:
- Process design
- Communicate to stakeholder
- Cooperation with other member inside the application readiness workstream
- Responsible for testing timelines and for testing activity coordination with the business partner
- Reporting and escalation management
- Preparation and follow-up of escalations
- SPOC for requests
- Liaison with the Portfolio and Release Manager for Windows client requirements and issues
- Help managing the Project Stream mailbox
- Ensure database is up-to-date
Background:
- Experience in migration and deployment
- Experience of MS Office apps, OS and manual installation process
- Experience in virtual, international team settings
- Application testing is nice to have

Duration: 12 months
