Description

Our client, an international company located in Switzerland, is in the need of an Office & Manual Installed App Manager. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project.

Tasks:
  • Process design
  • Communicate to stakeholder
  • Cooperation with other member inside the application readiness workstream
  • Responsible for testing timelines and for testing activity coordination with the business partner
  • Reporting and escalation management
  • Preparation and follow-up of escalations
  • SPOC for requests
  • Liaison with the Portfolio and Release Manager for Windows client requirements and issues
  • Help managing the Project Stream mailbox
  • Ensure database is up-to-date


Background:
  • Experience in migration and deployment
  • Experience of MS Office apps, OS and manual installation process
  • Experience in virtual, international team settings
  • Application testing is nice to have
