SAP HR ESS/MSS Solution Architect
For one of our clients we are looking for an SAP HR ESS/MSS Solution Architect.
-ESS/MSS Portal content - The consultant must be have a deep knowledge of the content offered from the ESS/MSS. He/She will be required to support the team during the L5 Workshops with the customer and be able to justify whether the functionality asked from the customer is provided by standard SAP content or a bespoke application must be developed. Training to our consultants might be also requested
-Digital personnel Files is SAP HCM or SAP Employee File Management by OpenText - experience in similar projects (with digital content) is required in order to propose the most suitable solution.
- Processes and Forms - The consultant must be able to guide and act as an adviser to our consultants. During the L5 workshops, customer questions that cannot be answered from our local team will be forwarded to him in order to provide the answers. During the implementation, ad-hoc on site presence will be required.
This activity is required for the BBP phase starting ASAP until end of June 2016.
In addition to the initial BBP phase, remote (approx.1 d/w) work will be required during implementation (business supervision). The project duration will be from June 2016 till the end of 2017.
Mandatory: 3-4 ESS/MSS full life cycle implementations.
