Senior Project Manager/Product Delivery (Agile) Dublin or Limerick. My client a leading name in their global industry is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join them in their Product Delivery team on a contract basis.
This central role will play an essential part in ensuring that products are developed and rolled out effectively. The Senior Project Manager will have experience working in a fast paced, Agile environment and work closely with the Product Owner and the Agile Scrum Team to deliver software products to high quality.
You will be responsible for delivery and execution of product portfolio on time, within budget and meeting business goals by tracking key product development milestones and recommending/implementing adjustments where required./You will be expected to lead a global Matrix of customers, Business Partners, Software and Design Leads who are responsible for defining and delivering products you will also determine deliverables, timelines, resource requirements for the product roadmap and be responsible for the launch and roll out of new products ensuring successful pilot and all operational elements are in place. Candidates will build and maintain effective working relationships with Sponsors and business stakeholders to ensure successful roll out of new products
Successful candidates will possess very strong project management skills. You will be a subject matter expert in Agile Methodology, with understanding of product development, testing and engineering skills. My client will expect that you demonstrate strong communication skills, to communicate with all stakeholders involved in the Product Development process. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager that has an interest in progressing in their career into the Technology Programme Management area.
Candidates will have experience in managing diverse team of individuals to deliver products, leveraging both IT/Software solutions to aggressive deadlines, quality and cost targets, this will include management of relationships with internal and external customers using influencing skills to manage expectation of capability. Strong customer/business focus and ability to manage expectations. You will hold a relevant PM Certification eg PMP and CSM, and be an Agile practitioner.
