For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for a
Windows 10 Office & Manually Installed Apps Manager (100%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Conceptual work such as design process & communication to stakeholder
- Work closely together with other members inside application readiness work stream
- Ensure testing is executed in planned timelines; manage reporting and escalation
- Coordinate all testing activities with assigned business partner for app category
- Ensure that all Office apps and manually installed apps can be tested on target platform
- SPOC for all requests in application category
- Liaison with portfolio and release manager for Windows client requirements and issues
- Contribute to communication regarding testing and remediation
- Help managing project stream mailbox (i.e. review, assign and label e-mails as required)
- Ensure database for app category is up to date
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in migration/deployment projects (e.g. rollout projects), preferably as business analyst/project manager and ideally in app readiness area
- Solid technical understanding of OS, MS Office apps and manual installation processes
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Used to working without direct supervision; structured way of working with strong focus on teamwork
- Experience in virtual, international team settings
- Good communicator, able to connect to different stakeholders on different levels
- Ability to create fast working relationship with change director, application owners and engineering team
- ITIL foundation certification or relevant experience in service management
- Business fluent in English; German, Spanish or Polish skills would be a plus
- Previous pharmaceutical working experience is an asset
