Description

Security Solution Architect - PUAM, CyberArk, SOC, Endpoint/Mobile Security, ISO27001 is required by my client who is based in London.

Skills Required:

  • Technical and Professional Expertise At least 5 years' experience in architectural level design in PUAM using CyberArk
  • At least 5 years' experience in working in a professional services firm focused on systems integration projects
  • At least 2 years' experience in working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions
  • At least 2 years' experience in working with Security practitioners.

Core Consulting Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead large groups and be a primary facilitator
  • Strong writing skills
  • Comfortable working in a project based/federated organizational model
  • Ability to shape client expectation
  • Ability to work with global and diverse teams in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a Matrix management model
  • English is mandatory
  • Security Domain Skills
  • Depth of knowledge in one or more of the core security domains: SOC Operations; Application and Data; Infrastructure Endpoint; Risk and Compliance; Identity Management; Mobile Security and Security Strategy.
  • An understanding of contemporary and Legacy security technologies used within a particular domain especially PUAM.
  • Basic understanding of compliance issues (ISO 27001, SSAE 16, COBIT).
  • Project management certification
  • (eg PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage

Description:

  • The architect will be responsible for the implementation & integration of a Privileged User Access Management (PUAM) solution, specifically CyberArk.
  • The architect should be a technology and solution advisor with pragmatic experience in the PUAM domain.
  • The architect will act in many ways as a technology consultant that can speak to the security landscape, architectural models, solutions, and possess the ability discuss and present to senior members of the businesses.
  • The architect needs in depth of knowledge and experience in PUAM using CyberArk.
  • The architect should also be able to speak to the breadth of the security landscape at an introductory level.
  • The architect will provide subject matter expertise through delivery of workshops, as a member of consulting engagements, and as a leader in PUAM and CyberArk solution design and deployment project(s).
  • The architect should be well versed in PUAM solution design using CyberArk and have the ability to generate high quality artifacts such as requirements artifacts, high level and detailed designs and deployment plans.
  • The architect must understand the strategy for PUAM and the drivers in terms of risk and regulatory control.
  • The architect must be able to perform current state analysis of the infrastructure platforms on which privileged access needs to be managed and also liaise with owners of the platforms to determine existing processes and tools.
  • The architect must capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, the target architecture and high-level requirements. For example, capture requirements relating to the management of privileged entitlements, authentication of privileged users, break-glass workflows, operational issues, availability and timeliness of the solution, monitoring and logging of privileged activities, platform life cycle events such as the creating or decommissioning target Servers and their impact on privileged accounts, retention of audit data, and regulatory constraints around the locations of privileged users and target systems.
  • The architect must be able to determine how the requirements can be met using the CyberArk solution, using the product rules, policies, workflow features and integration points, based on AXA requirements.
  • Act as mentor & conduct knowledge sharing session with the Group Security team.

Expected Deliverables:

  • Produce High Level Designs for technical implementation of CyberArk solutions
  • Provide advice, guidance and oversight of regional Low Level Design requirements
  • Review existing infrastructure documentation and revise where necessary
  • Assist in the delivery of the CyberArk platform
  • Provide weekly and monthly status updates to the project manager
  • Host and lead design workshops
  • Produce Best Practices Guides
  • Reference solution architectures or blueprints
