Description
- 6-8 years of experience working in a bank or as a consultant to a bank
- A background in operational risk (IT and/or business) is preferred
- An understanding of the front to back processes of a bank (IT and/or business)
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management
- Ability to build effective working relationships with cross divisional stakeholders and cross functional partners
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal managerial input
- Analytical with problem solving skills
- Team player in a global environment, embracing behaviors of Integrity, Collaboration and Challenge
