Marketing Assistant - Affiliate Program

Our client a leading mobile operator is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Company Affiliates Program, you will be accountable for the smooth running of the campaign on a day to day basis. You will cascade strategy and information to the Affiliates, helping them execute the core strategy in a brand focused way which drives profitable business for both the company and Affiliate partners.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Day to day management of the Affiliate Program
  • Setting up and managing standard and bespoke commissions
  • Reviewing and processing affiliate invoices checking accuracy throughout
  • Own affiliates communication plans, writing and distributing communications which help the affiliates understand and comply with the requirement of the program
  • Re-actively providing affiliates with administrative support to enable them to operate as effective affiliate partners
  • Maintaining and updating the portfolio, identifying and maintaining the database of key contacts and partners to support the program growth
  • Ensuring compliance and governance standards are adhered to across the affiliates network
  • Managing affiliate creative/banners - identifying requirements, making requests, uploading to the affiliates hub and communicating to affiliates
  • General day to day activities associated with supporting an affiliates network.

Key Skills:-

  • Experience of working in an affiliates network or as an affiliate executive or experience in and around digital sales roles
  • Established supplier management experience
  • Attention to detail and highly numerate
  • Taking on responsibility to see things through to completion, be comfortable tracking and presenting outcomes along the way
  • Be a quick learner, comfortable picking up new systems and processes
  • Strong process management skills, organised and deadline focused
  • Good administrative skills, organised and deadline focused
  • Natural communicator, create buy in through communication style
