For a project at our banking client site in Zürich we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Project Officer with IT Affinity (3670)
Our client is seeking to update its shared network drives. This role involves a great deal of information gathering and talking to the bank's employees. It's best compared to detective's work that requires both an interest in working with numbers as well as strong communication skills in German and English.
Your qualifications:
- You're an experienced PMO with strong communications and user interaction skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills in order to manipulate data sets, such as lists of users and their resources and permissions
- Able to work independently and with limited supervision
- MS Access, SQL and VBA knowledge is a plus
- Security / Identity and Access Management knowledge is a plus
About the role:
- The project covers 4 streams of work:
- Assessing shared drives and establish ownership of drives
- Data management
- Reduce number of owners for shares
- Identify / manage application group shares
- The PMO resource will support all 4 streams
- You will be expected to communicate with many users to explain the project and how it affects them, monitor a shared mailbox, answer queries and / or flag any issues raised by users to the appropriate project team member
