REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with strong Healthcare Payer System/Medicaid MMIS OR EDW Business Intelligence environment experience (*Must have one or the other to be considered*).
Experience facilitating requirements gathering or Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
Experiences with several different project management methodologies for gathering requirements (Waterfall, Agile, Use Cases).
Perform data analysis and review business rules with the business stakeholders to refine requirements.
Translate the business requirements and business rules into source to target data mappings.
Compose and maintain business requirements and functional design documents.
Review business requirements and functional design with data modelers (designers), data developers, and business SMEs.
Participate in functional testing cycles (QA) and UAT testing including test planning, script development, status reporting and test execution.
