Description
For a global client we are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong character, good people management skills and a pro-active mentality.
The Scrum Master will need to manage, plan and organize the workload of the team on a day to day basis, however this will probably not take up a full day's work. We would therefore like the Scrum Master to be able to assist with test coordination activities for the remainder of the time. The project is around a Global Data Warehouse therefor experience and affinity with data and/or Business Intelligence is a big plus.
Next to that the scrum master needs to be able to assist the team hands-on with testing. The database is setup in Data Vault and queries are run in SQL so experience with that is a plus.
Job requirements
*Experienced scrum master in large and complex data warehouse projects
*Experience as team manager and/or project manager
*Experience as test manager/coordinator in large projects and international environment
*Experienced professional used to working in complex international environments
*Experience in banking with a understanding of financial and risk data warehousing
*Experience in cross border projects
*Knowledege of DWH and BI
*Knowledge of Team Foundation Server
