Description

I am currently seeking a Service Level Performance Analyst to work in the South West of England on an interim basis for 3 Months. You will be required to have:
  • A good awareness of how an IT support service function operates
  • Capturing, interpreting and presenting data ideally in an ITIL aligned IT service environment.
  • Production of regular reports within deadlines, of performing statistical and trend analysis, analysing and reporting on customer feedback.
  • Familiar expereince with SLAs and KPIs
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
  • You will will also have experience of using MS software to capture, analyse and present data.
  • Experience of Microsoft SQL would be advantageous.
  • ITIL qualifications highly desirable.


A significant part of the role involves Continual Service Improvement (CSI) maintaining the CSI register, capturing and identifying where services, systems and processes can be improved and the recording, documentation and initial prioritisation of potential improvements.
