Software Engineer- Chester - £35,000 - £50,000An experienced C#/C++ Software Engineer is required to join a growing team near Chester in order to cope with the increase in upcoming development work. These are interesting roles will also focus on Database Administration/Network Administration as there is a desire to make sure the product they produce is consistently as efficient as possible.
As a Software Engineerwill be working on a core product which logs and stores data on a complex database and then displays it to the client. There are other technology platforms being utilised but if you are the kind of person who enjoys being involved in large-scale projects, this is the role for you.
Core Skills:
Software development experience across C# and/or Visual C++ in a Windows development environment.
SQL Server (ideally 2008 or above)
Experience within software and system design.
Experience using Source Control (SVN)
Desirable skills:
Windows network administration.
SQL Server (ideally 2008 or above)
Active Directory and Group Policies
Cyber Security
You will be working across a small, skilled team so there is a desire to have someone comfortable with training and contributing across various disciplines.
