For our customer we are looking for an Organisational Change Manager
Our customer is looking for a strong organisational change manager for their cross-department EDMS program
The programme includes implementation of both new and adapted roles, responsibilities and processes across most parts of the customer. The organisational change management part of the programme is substantial reaching more than 10.000 persons, and they are looking for a senior person who can lead this work.
The programme which is just about to move into execution is among the customers top-priority initiatives.
Specific Tasks
- Creating a stakeholder overview
- Create communication plans
- Change readiness assessment
- Defining the OCM approach
- Implement KPI's for measuring benefit progress
- Develop the high level OCM plan
- Sparring with project managers and business leads to develop project-specific OCM plans
- Coach and teach key OCM tools, processes and activities
- Design key messages
- Work with change agents to deliver the needed change activities
- Training and workshop facilitation might be required
Competencies required
5 years' experience with OCM in projects, and at least 2 of these as dedicated change manager on large change initiatives. Documented knowledge about, and experience with structured change management methods, eg ADKAR or similar.
Preferably with experience from compliance projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
Must be a strong communicator and OCM team leader. Strong English language skills are needed, both written and spoken
