Description
Oracle SCM/ ASCP Techno Functional Consultant:•6-8 years of experience in Oracle ERP.
•Strong techno-functional expertise in ASCP.
•Techno functional skills in INV, WIP, BOM, OM and PO preferable
•Knowledge of other Oracle modules such as Oracle Projects and SOA preferable
•Provide 1st and 2nd line functional and technical support of the Oracle Supply chain modules in R12
•Extensive experience in Production support. Experience in service now or similar ticketing tool
•Flexible to provide support on-call and on early and late shifts.
•How to manage incidents and report bugs to 3rd party vendors such as Oracle.
•Excellent team player, with good customer/business communication skills
