Description
We are looking to build a relationship with a freelancer web designer who can help us with current and upcoming projects. Designs should be created and sent in .psd format. We are looking for a designer that is up on web design trends and pays attention to detail and understands the importance of balance within web layouts. The designer would be working off of wire frames that we would provide. Having Illustration skills to create original graphics is a plus, but not a requirement.
