Description
9 month plus contract with possible extensions for a 3rd shift technical support position.
Hours will be:
Sunday-Thursday nights with start times between 9pm-11pm
Candidates should have AAS Degree in IT and or A+ and/or Net+ Certification
Experience with PC hardware, MS Office, basic printer troubleshooting skills, ghosting software, and knowledge of web browsers.
Help Desk Experience or Knowledge Management Administration preferred.
Familiar with ITIL process and environment.
Familiar with support of E-commerce or E-business web sites.
Knowledge of script writing or SQL, Access, PERL and/or JAVA.
Provide Level 1 support for NetApp- NAS project support. Techs will run migration scripts for
NetApp NAS installations for client locations throughout the US and Canada.
Must be self-starter, reliable and dependable.
