Good afternoon
My client are looking for a senior Compliance engineer for the next 6 months + they are seeking a contractor to work with various different certification bodies and be the go between to deal with compliance within electronic equipment department.
You will need to be the go to person to make suggestions in design reviews- such as asking if projects are failsafe or fault tolerant.
They will offer a working week that is flexible and allow work from home on a Friday.
Ideally you will have experience of understanding component/circuit level design and compliance and fault avoidance within the safety standards.
Duties
Working on Re-certification of electronic LVD products- to be compliant with IEC standards and ATEX approved
ability to liaise with UL
strong product development skills.
experience of working with IEC61508
Working with EMC, LVD etc and different analog/digital equipment.
