eCRM Euro are looking for a ServiceNow solution architect for a project in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Understand business needs
- Provide/Advise business of suitable solutions
- Create and design roadmap
- Obtain appropriate approvals
- Work with development team for implementations
Skills
- ServiceNow experience with end-to-end implementation experience
- Expertise in service design transition and operations processes
- Architecture of full end to end solution
- Ability to advise of options, risks, and impacts
- Ability to lead implementation efforts
- Ability to create POCs if necessary
- ServiceNow administration
- Javascript, Ajax, HTML, CSS
- Third Party Integration skills
- 8-10 years total experience
- Swedish (good to have)
Certifications (good to have)
- ServiceNow certified system administrator
- ServiceNow certified implementation specialist
