Customer Change Manager - Core Network

Our client a global telecoms vendor is looking for a customer change manager for a long term project in the Netherlands.

The right candidate would need to have extensive experience with the mobile Core network and mobile organization. Having experience with Huawei Mobile Core products will be preferred.

The successful customer change manager will be part of the Mobile Core Co-Sourced Innovation team; you will work with the customer and client to deliver innovation projects for PS, NEMS and Signaling under a new way of working; you will shape with the customer and client the new way of working, in order to achieve the project KPIs; this does not only include the coordination of solution deliverables, but also the reshaping of processes and the management of customer staff and client staff to adopt the changes.

Technical dimension

  • Experience in Telecommunications Industry (Carrier or Vendor)
  • Full Mobile Core project delivery experience in KPN is requested
  • Solid Huawei Product knowledge is needed

Soft skills dimension

  • English and Dutch mandatory
