Description

IT Support Technician / First Line Engineer is urgently required for a managed service company in North Wales to provide first line IT helpdesk support across their offices and branches in North Wales.

You will be supporting systems based on Microsoft technologies including SQL, Exchange and Windows Services with Windows 7 and Office 2010 running on all desktops.

The following skills and experience is required:
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience providing first line IT support (some second line support is desirable).
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Windows technologies including Windows 7 and Office 2010.Interviews will be held this Friday or early next week.


Contract Length: 3-6 months

Rate: £10-12 per hour

Start Date: ASAP
