Expert JAVA developer required for a project with a leading bank in Stockholm, Sweden.
Description:
The bank is looking for a motivated developer to their Omega-team in Stockholm where they develop portfolio management for their private clients. The development is right now in a new exciting and demanding phase that requires a lot of new processes. Right now the system is used in two countries but the plan is to expand further. They work by agile methods and are always striving to develop the way they work. The developing process is located in Stockholm but they have also an off-shore team and stakeholders from different countries so English will be the official language in the project.
Qualifications for Expert Java developer:
- Strong team player with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills (English).
- Extensive experience of both Front End and Server Side development in Java.
- Ability to both design and implement quality solutions.
- An active interest in learning about the business which is supported by our IT systems.
- Knowledge about the portfolio management and financial advisory business is an advantage.
- Required: Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, HTML/CSS, JUnit, SQL, Maven
Desired:
- GWT, Spring MVC, Git, Subversion, Apache Camel, Javascript Frameworks, Struts, Wicket, Mockito, DB Unit, WLS, Jenkins, Sonar, Gradle, AngularJS
- Methodologies: TDD, Domain Driven Design, Scrum/Agile
English is the only language required for this role.
