Scrum Master - Agile Projects
A Scrum Master with complex Agile experience within a banking environment is required to work on a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension) for our prestigious financial services client based in Buckinghamshire.
Role Description
A Scrum Master with strong experience in delivering complex Agile Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching the team in Agile best practices
- Helping develop self-organising teams
- Planning implementation of Scrum Projects and Agile adoption
- Enacting organisational changes that increase development of team productivity
- Helping the team perform at their highest level
- Setting up and facilitating daily stand-ups, retrospectives, show and tells, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions
The Scrum Master will be part of the CRM Programme and will report to the Programme Manager.

Additional Responsibilities
- Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint
- Encouraging collaboration between the IT and business teams
- Act as buffer between the team and the process overhead, so each team member can focus on shipping the software on time.

Communicative and social - Must be able to communicate well with teams
Facilitative - Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles well with teams
Assertive - Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to.
The role is based in Buckinghamshire. This is commutable from London, Oxford, Birmingham, and the South.
