Summary
The analyst role is to develop reports and tools to monitor this activity.

Main responsibilities
Monitor our client's activity by developing reports and tools to analyze client flow.
Record a global view of our clients in terms of:
o the e platforms they use
o the volumes they trade
o their behaviour in the E-commerce environment
Initially the role will involve a high amount of data analysis and reporting to bring up to date and maintain the client database. Going forward the role will evolve with those areas of responsibility.
* Data Management
o Establish strong relationships with vendor platforms to:
- monitor their usage for the platform
- monitor their statistics on the platform and SG market share evolution
- monitor SG's ranking on the platform with a focus on our targeted customers
* Data analysis and reporting
o Review data repository and make sure information is correct.
o Develop tools to analyse the client data and show areas of improvement
o Automate reports to be distributed to sales and trading.
* Work in partnership
o Develop strong partnerships with eCommerce team
o Be a team player to help the team succeed
