Description
I am looking for an experienced interim Training and Quality lead to support my client on their programme of work that will improve processes, controls and practises to their clients globally and meet regulatory requirements in the markets they operate in. You will be responsible for strengthening the training and competency for their people across the service and sales business.
You will:
- work with key stakeholders to implement a corporate training and competency framework
- Review existing approaches to training and identify and develop opportunities for enhancements amongst the sales and service teams
- Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to develop robust action plans
- Running workshops, producing materials and building processes that embed policy into the working practises of the department
The successful application must have experience working within the insurance of financial services industry on a similar regulatory programmes for sales and service teams.
You will have a strong training background including experience of delivering recommendations in respect of quality assurance.
