Sales and Marketing Retention Executive needed for our leading digital publishing client. If youre able to attract valuable and loyal customers, be distinctive and fuel passion for a brand you love then this role is ideal you for.
You will own two significant projects and aim to minimise print and digital churn. You will act as the interface between the retention and customer services teams, and frequently visit partners to ensure projects are successfully launched.
Ideally youll be experienced in a subscriptions business managing a subscriber base; you will understand your customers life cycle and forecast business appropriately. You will have managed projects (from planning to delivery) and have experience with inbound contact centres (including call forecasting, training design, Scripting and contact centre management and recruitment). We are also looking for a professional with experience of SalesForce and Zuora, or other relevant CRM systems.
