MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER - UP TO 12 MONTHS - BELGIUM

I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Engineer to assist with a PET bottling line design and install within an existing factory in Belgium. The initial contract will be 3 months - 1 month based in Derbyshire and the next 2 on site in Belgium. After the initial design period it is looking like the contract will then run on for another 9 months to assist with the install phase. Initial responsibilities will include:
  • Preparation of tender packages for mechanical tender, inc Chilled water, H.P air, L.P air.
  • Evaluation of water simulation tool to establish how many tanks are required.
  • Preparation of tender for tanks.
  • Supplier selection.
  • Attend project team DOR (daily operation meeting) & WOR weekly
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft project, Power point, AutoCAD but can be supported by the office drafts person
  • Supervision of contractors.
