Description
Essential Job Functions- Drive Archer platform development requests, from design configuration, system development, through service implementation to application and usability in order to scale and adapt to future requirements.
- Deliver enhancements and updates to the Archer Platform as needed to support business requirements.
- Meet or exceed project milestones and defined measures.
- Work with team members and key users to further define specifications, indicate areas of system impact, and communicate status to appropriate parties.
- Support prioritization of Archer development activities, including level of effort estimates, identifying dependencies, and maintaining schedule of enhancements.
- Provide Archer operational support, including troubleshooting issues, and report and data request support.
- Provide regular communication to stakeholders through the creation of status reports and newsletters
- Conduct periodic meetings with business stakeholders to update on current project efforts
- Work with new business groups looking to onboard to the Archer platform to understanding current processes, develop and document workflow requirements, and integrate with existing Archer application and workflow configuration
- Develop and maintain archer documentation that reflects the latest system configuration for application consistency and integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Archer experience including on-demand application development
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
- Experience with Archer 5.2 or above
- Experience with Archer core solutions, on-demand applications, and configuring data feeds (all types)
- Experience with creating fields, reports, iView's and dashboards
- Experience in configuring access control, record permissions, events and notifications
- Solid knowledge of notification configuration and functionality
- Extensive experience using calculated fields (all functions) and Data Driven Events
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills is a must as this position will require a high degree of collaboration with business partners
- Experience in documenting use cases, requirements and data flow diagrams in a technical environment
- Demonstrated ability and experience in developing improvements/changes to solutions and processes in order to improve customer satisfaction
- Experience in data migration planning and content mapping
- Experience in disaster recovery testing plans and execution for mission critical archer applications.
- Proven experience in project & program related communication and tasks; managing multiple projects and tasks at once; being productive while balancing a task list that can vary from highly interactive to very little interaction
- 5 years' experience developing and implementing applications
- 5-7 years of information systems technology experience
- Experience with Archer 5.4 or above
- Experience in creating and executing SQL queries
- Comfortable in the .NET 3.5 framework with knowledge of JavaScript to create custom objects in Archer
- Experience with Archer APIs
- Experience with Java for use in writing Archer API integrations is a plus
- Experience working with SQL and XML technologies is highly desirable
- Experience using Splunk to manage Archer logs (particularly Archer Audit Logging integrations) is a plus
- Experience in setting up the Archer infrastructure (prod and non-prod environment)
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting SQL jobs
