Credit Service Company Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated, dependable individual to serve as Collection Supervisor and join their team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Responsibilities:

Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for coaching and coordinating activities of workers engaged in collecting payments for past-due accounts by performing the following duties in addition to maintaining requirements of the collection position duties personally or through subordinates:

  • Assists collectors with collection activities in difficult cases.
  • Assists with supervisor calls in a professional manner. Ability to listen to consumers and respond to their disputes appropriately.
  • Monitors and scores random collection calls for adherence to policy and procedure.
  • Audits and scores collector route and account performance.
  • Trains new and current employees.
  • Provides coaching for performance improvement.
  • Project management for continued growth of company and personnel
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Previous third party collections and knowledge of industry terminology, principles and procedures are strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated compliance and understanding of the FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and other applicable regulations

Abilities and Skills:

  • Past demonstration of reliability, dependability, and competency.
  • Highly proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint preferred.
  • Data entry skill level: minimum of 35 WPM required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate is up to $15.00
  • Base plus commission
  • Benefits package available which includes medical/dental/vision, 401k matching, paid holidays, education assistance and employer provided LTD, Life and AD&D, and PTO.

Other:

  • This position requires evening coverage availability and flexibility to ensure coverage when needed.
  • Must submit to criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Bilingual candidates a plus.
