Description:
For one of the projects of our client, we are looking for an experienced PMO-consultant.
Responsibilities:
Assist the PMO in different PMO tasks :
• project schedulingbudget simulation and controlling
• Risk Register follow-up
• action plan
• document management & governance
• resources management and reporting.
Technical skills:
• Scheduling: Expert in MS project, can compare Baseline, progress tracking, WBS detailing, contractors schedule integration, completion follow-up.
• Risk Management: Can perform a qualitative and quantitative risico analyse (probability, impact,...), mitigation plan definition and follow-up
• Budget Management: able to perform budget estimation & review for large projects with a lot of interfaces, budget controlling and budget simulation (Monte carlo simulation)
• Document Management: have implemented a document management governance and have it applied through a multifunctional team
Plus punt: knowledge of SAP tool, experience in large infrastructure project, knowledge of earned value analysis, PMI certification
