We are currently hiring Vendor Managers for our client based in Ireland. Our client is esteem organization in Telecom - Information technology domain.
Right candidate should have skills mentioned below.
- Establishing the approach to Third Party Management and the engagement model.
- Managing the engagement of Third Parties in alignment the agreed engagement model, including ensuring that their scope and responsibilities are clear and that there is a collaborative dialogue in place to allow productive Third Party participation in the Program.
- Managing the delivery of Third Parties in alignment with the overall Programme [Master] Plan to ensure overall end to end delivery integrity of the[Master] Plan and to ensure that the overall [Master] Plan will be delivered on time.
- Pro actively checking progress of Third Parties against the Master plan
- Pro actively leading resolution of risks and issues related to Third Party delivery, including escalation to Programme leadership when required, so that the overall [Master] plan is delivered on time
- Ensuring that Third Parties follow the agreed Programme processes and use the appropriate Programme/Supplier tools
- The Service will define and agree engagement model of how they will work with Sub-contractors and Managed Third Party Suppliers''. This engagement model will include
- Reporting and Status Management Procedures
- Change Control Procedures
- Dependency and critical path clarification
- Escalation Procedures
- Deliverables management
- Acceptance Criteria to be Achieved
