Technical skills
1. Experience and Good knowledge on Migration aspects with Operating System
2. Exposure to Active Directory concepts, User Profile Migration
3. Experience in Outlook Upgrades, Exchange migration concepts
4. Exposure to Citrix upgrade, Concepts of Published applications, VDI Persistent and VDI Pooled systems
5. Good in Communication and Coordination skills.
Day to Day Tasks Include
1. Coordination with Application IT Teams ( Across Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium, France, Switzerland & Malaysia ) for Functional Testing
2. Coordination with Business IT Teams ( Across Luxembourg, Italy, Belgium, France, Switzerland & Malaysia ) for UAT & PIV
3. Overall Test Planning and Test Management for IDAR Workplace
4. Due to delays from IS4F we have been seeing multiple updates for Test Plan, Resource Plans ( FST and UAT ), Test Schedules, Test Approach & Test Dates reservation for Application IT Teams and Business Teams based on the Schedule changes. It needs continuous coordination on these areas with Project teams, Application IT Teams and Business Teams.
5. Coordinate with QA teams for Functional Testing
6. Representing IDAR Project meetings
7. Organizing Defect meetings with IS4F, GTI and Support Teams
8. Coordination with Project Team & IS4F for agreed Deliverables per Milestones
9. Access RISKS and highlight on time and suggest for Mitigation plans for Project Teams
