Description
Reporting to the Head of People Systems, this role requires an in-depth understanding of all aspects involved in creating and maintaining a global cloud based SAP HCM environment (SuccessFactors) - primarily Employee Central.The role is part of an existing IT team, working closely with internal customers and external consultants from project initiation through to implementation, follow on support and ongoing development.
Main Duties& Accountability:
?Participate in the design, configuration, integration rollout and support of the new SuccessFactors HCM system throughout the global organisation.
?Work with key system stakeholders across the Group to document existing processes, analyse enhancement requests, prioritise and work with the in-house team and external consultants where necessary to deliver them
?Working with a range of stakeholders across the business, define the requirements, processes, procedures and reporting for new modules and applications to compliment the application landscape.
?Produce project definition, requirements definition, functional specification and test plan documentation.
?Write user guides and release notes
?Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, including end user reports and local customisations.
?Provide 3rd line support to all Regions.
